HOW DO WE TRACK REFERRALS?
When a new patient comes for their first appointment they must present the referral card with the referring patient's name & email address. Lost cards cannot be replaced.

HOW MANY REFERRALS CAN BE EARNED?
There are no limits as to how many patients you can refer. The more you refer, the more we share!
